Acceptance Speech by Uten Hikon, the Pioneer Chairman Taraba State Youth Council.

I am elated to stand here today to present my acceptance speech to the youths of the State.

My election as the State Chairman of the Taraba State Youth Council did not come as a surprise to me in view of my numerous contributions to youth development.

This is an opportunity for me to serve the entire Youths of the State and will ensure that they are fully represented in all ramifications.

I am not unaware of the task of me to synergies with relevant stakeholders to bring unity and development to Youths but must strive to use creative template to ensuring that Youths of the State excel in all fields of human endeavor.

Permit me to use this medium to applaud the able leadership of Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku that has employed many Youths into the State Civil Service with plans to employ three thousand Civil Servants and Rescue teachers.
