The President of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Professor Emmanuel Osodeke has said that issues concerning Integrated Payroll and Personal Information System (IPPIS) and the University Transparency and Accountability Solution, UTAS, have been resolved.
According to the ASUU Update’s, Professor Osodeke made this known while speaking on a Channels Television’s programme, Politics today,
Osodeke said, issue of the Integrated Payroll and Personal Information System (IPPIS) and University Transparency and Accountability Solution (UTAS) had been put to rest as agreed with the Chief of Staff, and that the UTAS will be implemented.
The ASUU’s President said further that, the government will be meeting with the union this Tuesday, and that, he hopes the lecturers would go back to their lecture rooms to engage their students, as soon as the issue is finalized today (Tuesday).
