A massive key element of the initiative is its focus on digital literacy, with the pace at which the world is making forward movements in Technology Nestlé recognizes that digital skills are vital, hence the digital literacy programs cover critical areas like data analysis, digital marketing, and IT infrastructure, empowering young Nigerians to thrive in the workforce. In an era where technology floods every industry, Nestlé’s focus on digital skill development is particularly timely, enabling Nigerian youth to secure positions in the digital economy and even explore tech-driven entrepreneurship.

Nestlé Agripreneurship Initiative

Nestlé aimed at developing young entrepreneurs in the agricultural sector also launched the Nestlé Agripreneurship Initiative, a program designed to provide and educate Nigerian youth with advanced farming techniques, financial literacy, and access to resources that promote sustainable agricultural practices. An initiative to empower young people in agriculture.

Participants of this Initiative receive training in sustainable farming methods, which increase productivity while protecting environmental resources. The program goes beyond technical training by offering mentorship opportunities through partnerships with established agripreneurs and agricultural institutions, providing young farmers with a valuable support network, as well as exposure to market opportunities that allow them to scale their businesses.
