ETSAKO EAST ELECTED POLITICAL OFFICE HOLDERS AND APPOINTEES ENDORSE DR. ASUE IGHODALO

All Elected Political office holders and Political Appointees both at the State and Local government level in Etsako East Local Government Area have unanimously adopted Mr. Asue Ighodalo as the local government chosen candidate in the forthcoming Edo State 2024 Guber election and also drum support for the State governor Mr Godwin Obaseki’s developmental activities.

The support was declared during a voice vote put forward by the local government Council Chairman, Hon. (Princess) Benedicta Attoh during an enlarged meeting of all elected political officials and political appointees of Etsako East Local government when the Special Adviser to the Governor on political affairs, Etsako Federal Constituency, Hon. Ayuba Sedenu, visited the Council in Agenebode today.

The Etsako East Local Government Chairman who drummed support for Dr. Asue Ighodalo cautioned against working against the direction of the political administration of the council and the State. She said Dr. Asue Ighodalo remained the choice aspirant of Etsako East and the PDP in the forthcoming primary election.

Earlier in his address, the special Adviser to the Governor on political affairs, Etsako Federal Constituency, Hon. Ayuba Sedenu called for cooperation of all to ensure the success of PDP in the forthcoming governorship election in the state, adding that both the Executive and Legislative arms must work together, noting that disunity portends danger and elections are not won in secret but through open service.

High point of the enlarged political meeting that took place today in Agenebode was the official endorsement of Dr. Asue Ighodalo by the council Chairman, Councillors, Supervisors, and all State and local government political appointees from Etsako East.
