Hon. Chinedu Ogah, Member Representing Ikwo/Ezza South Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, has lauded the peaceful conduct of local government area election by the State Independent Electoral Commission(EBSIEC).
He also commends the governing All Progressives Congress, APC, and the Governor of Ebonyi State, Engr. David Umahi, for giving a level playground for all the interested parties for the peaceful conduct of the Local Government Council and Ward Councillorship elections in the State.
Hon. Ogah spoke in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State on Saturday, and charged the would-be winners of the council election to adopt the best tactics for rapid development in the state. Adding that all-inclusive governance is the best approach for democracy.
“I congratulate the incoming Chairmen of, Ikwo Local Government Area, Hon. Barr. Sunday Nwankwo and Mrs. Euphemia Nwali of Ezza South Local Government Area and all the councilors from the various wards”.
” I equally commend the Deputy governor of the State, Barr. Eric Kelechi Igwe and the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Ebonyi State, Chief Stanley Okoro Emegha for their unrelenting effort and contribution to the success of the election”.
He urged them to look out for the needs of the electorate in all their initiatives and to help promote good democracy in the State.
