The government of Taraba state has announced the tenure of local government chairmen and their councillors in State which ended on Sunday, 3/7/2022.
According to a press Release signed by Mr. Iliya Bekyu Akweh the Chief Press Secretary to the Executive Governor.
However stated that due to the absence of His Excellency, the Executive Governor ARC Darius Dickson Ishaku in the state, Government has directed the council chairmen and their councilors to continue to oversee the affairs of their respective council’s pending the return of the Governor when decision will be taken.
