In a significant development, sources within Egyptian club Zamalek have revealed plans to appoint Jose Peseiro, the current head coach of the Nigerian national team, as their new head coach following the conclusion of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Cote d’Ivoire.
Peseiro’s contract with the Super Eagles is set to expire after the tournament, with an option for a further two-year extension, contingent upon his willingness to accept.
